So, How did we do it?

Here's a brief look at our process:

Made from the original grade aluminum and coated with the original Chrysler spec. clear coat anodization, these bezels are exact OEM quality. These bezels were developed using a state of art computer scanning system of an NOS bezel. This scan results in a virtual point cloud that is within 50 microns of the NOS part.

The point cloud is then imported into a surfacing software package where it is surfaced and imported into a CNC milling package that actually produces the tool that ultimately stamps & forms the resulting part to within 0.25mm of the NOS part. 

The final step is to polish, buff, and paint the reproduction Bezel with the proper Mopar textured argent paint -or- satin black paint, depending if your order is for an SE/STD (Argent) or an R/T T/A (Satin).  This is modern-day technology to reproduce an exact reproduction of the OEM part, while holding stricter tolerances and quality standards!
