Stitch Options for your Tuff wheel (Colored-stitching NOW AVAILABLE!)
Tuff wheels came throughout the years with two different styles of stitching. The early 70-73ish models had what we call a 90-degree pinch seam stitch. This stitch protrudes from the main diameter surface 1/8"-3/16". Later Tuff wheels '74-up had a baseball-type stitch pattern (stitching that looks just like a baseball). MCB Tuff Wheel Restoration can duplicate either stitch at no extra charge for either one. If you are looking for an opinion from MCB, the baseball stitch is a much cleaner and smoother looking product. Please see the detailed photos below highlighting each option.
